Spa Etiquette

  • Stay over packages available
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before treatment
  • If you arrive late without prior notice your treatment time will be cut
  • The full amount NEEDS to be paid in advance for groups bigger than 3 pax
  • A 50% deposit is required when booking a package
  • Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations
  • A 50% cancellation fee from the voucher or deposit, will be deducted for appointments cancelled in less than 48 hours
  • Please leave your valuables or precious items at home or in your car, as the Spa will not be held responsible for any loss or damage
  • No children under the age of 14 allowed
  • Please ensure that you carry your swimwear and own flip flops. Use of the facilities is not permitted without it.
  • Use of facilities at The Spa is at your own risk
  • Use of facilities is complementary when you book for treatments over the value of R515, excluding manicure, pedicure or waxing treatments
  • Waxing treatments available in conjunction with other Spa treatments
  • Customers making payment via EFT from a bank other than Standard Bank, will have to wait for a minimum of 48 hours before The Spa issues out any treatment or vouchers.
  • The Spa has a “NO REFUND” policy
  • Spa gowns and utility towels will be provided. N.B. Please bring your own slippers or flip flops.
